Does Upass expire?

Yes. Sealed Upass kits have a 2-year shelf life from the batch date printed on the box. Store sealed kits at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. If your kit has no batch date, it did not come from us.

How long does Upass last after heating?

With an included hand warmer secured against the bottle, Upass holds the 90 to 100 degree F range for up to 8 hours. Without a hand warmer, it cools below range in about an hour at room temperature.

Can Upass be reheated?

Yes. A sealed, unopened kit can be reheated multiple times. Warm it in the microwave for about 5 seconds and re-check the temperature strip. Reheating does not change the formula.

How do I read the Upass temperature strip?

The brightest green segment is the current temperature. The working range is 90 to 100 degrees F. A blank strip usually means the bottle is above 100 degrees F. Let it cool and the reading will reappear.
